Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Software Engineer for Go To Market Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year technical strategy for the GTM Experiences line of business
• Lead architectural direction for critical platform capabilities supporting customer and agent experiences
• Establish architectural principles and engineering standards for long-term platform scalability and flexibility

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on large-scale distributed systems
• Experience defining technical strategy or architecture for complex platforms
• Strong systems thinking and platform design experience
• Proven ability to lead high-impact architectural decisions
• Experience with customer experience platforms or complex operational software environments is preferred
