Senior Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the development of next-generation data services and Item Catalog, the full-time Senior Principal Software Engineer will architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure software systems that meet business needs
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven Ops tooling and data services, focusing on quality improvements and cost reductions
• Produce documentation including architecture/design diagrams and guidelines to foster best practices within the team

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecting and developing enterprise software systems and data services
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python within cloud environments
• Experience with Backend Services and Data architectures/technologies such as MDM and Microservices
• Familiarity with security techniques such as DAST, SAST, and encryption
• Experience working within Agile SDLC environments
