Senior Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a team through the early stages of product development, the full-time Senior Principal Software Engineer will create next-generation healthcare software, contribute code, and mentor team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate abstract concepts into tooling solutions that enhance customer-facing applications
• Lead performance enhancement efforts to support applications with significant user bases
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate user needs into technical requirements and architecture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years in a team lead role using Agile practices
• 5+ years of experience developing Cloud Native applications on AWS or with Go/Golang
• Professional experience with modern version control systems like Git
