Senior Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a team through early stages of product development, the full-time Senior Principal Software Engineer will create next-generation healthcare software, contribute code, and mentor team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate abstract concepts into tooling solutions for customer-facing applications, enhancing structure and extensibility
• Lead performance enhancement efforts to support applications with over 10K users and oversee the architecture and development of a large consumer-facing application
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and maintain relationships with other teams for architectural consistency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years in a team lead role utilizing Agile practices
• 5+ years of experience developing Cloud Native applications/products on AWS or professional experience with Go/Golang or React + TypeScript
• Professional experience with modern version control systems such as Git
