Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Combine product, business, customers, and engineering knowledge to solve complex problems
Maintain operational and engineering health of systems and experiments
Introduce new technologies and best practices, align technical strategies, and connect technical approach with business needs

Required Qualifications:

Experience in an experimentation and data-driven environment
Hands-on experience with public cloud offerings, specifically AWS
10+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years in distributed systems
Understanding of technical decisions, people, and processes on a long timescale
Past management experience is beneficial but not essential
