Senior Principal Solution Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on strategic AI-led transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Principal Solution Manager will manage customer engagements, redesign procurement and finance operations, and partner with C-suite stakeholders to drive AI adoption and measurable business outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery and AI opportunity mapping to identify high-impact solutions within the Coupa platform
• Influence Business Spend Management transformation initiatives and define future-state operating models with measurable KPIs
• Drive the creation of AI Centers of Excellence to support governance, adoption, and long-term success of AI initiatives

Required qualifications

• Strong procurement and finance domain expertise with fluency in Source-to-Pay processes
• Deep understanding of the GenAI landscape, including LLMs and autonomous agents
• Experience in supporting large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives
• Proven executive presence with the ability to secure C-suite buy-in for AI strategies
• Background in leading enterprise transformation and large-scale change initiatives in consulting environments
