Senior Principal Statistician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Statistician for a permanent remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop protocols, including study design, sample size calculation, and statistical analysis plans for assigned studies
• Provide statistical oversight to ensure quality and consistency with project requirements
• Mentor peers in statistical methodology and manage activities of statisticians across projects

Required Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field; PhD with 5-6 years or MS with 7-8 years of experience
• Strong experience in Oncology therapeutic area
• Experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry with clinical trials
• Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations and drug development processes
• Experience interacting with regulatory agencies, especially the FDA
