Senior Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the end-to-end program for Agentic Identity & Access, the full-time Senior Principal Technical Program Manager will manage strategy, roadmap, and accountability mapping while collaborating with engineering leaders and executive stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the program for Agentic Identity & Access, ensuring clarity on authentication and authorization processes
• Lead cross-functional delivery, proactively resolving organizational ambiguity and synthesizing complex program information into actionable communications
• Represent the company's perspective on agentic identity and access externally, contributing to industry thought leadership and driving systemic improvements

Required qualifications

• Proven track record in leading multi-department technical programs in identity or security domains
• Deep technical fluency in identity and access management concepts such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML
• Experience in driving strategy and delivery across multiple engineering teams with competing priorities
• Strong ability to build executive-ready narratives that drive alignment at VP+ levels
• Familiarity with AI agent architectures and enterprise governance frameworks
