Job Summary

Leading one of the most strategic transformation programs, the full-time Senior Principal Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional technical initiatives for the Connected Tax Platform Experience, translating business strategy into execution plans while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs across Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX, Data, Governance, and Operations
• Translate business strategy and product vision into structured execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Drive alignment across multiple products and platforms to achieve shared business and customer objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software organizations
• Proven success in managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple products and executive stakeholders
• Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to connect strategy, technical execution, and business impact
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Architecture leaders to evaluate technical tradeoffs and dependencies
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to create trusted narratives and outcome-based reporting
