Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Privacy Analyst (Oversight and Monitoring) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to maintain privacy materials and ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct oversight and monitoring of the privacy program through compliance assessments and privacy impact evaluations
• Develop corrective action plans and provide guidance on privacy requirements to various business areas

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Political Science, Legal, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role within a regulated industry
• 1 year of experience with HIPAA and state or federal privacy laws
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
