Job Summary
Supporting the privacy and data protection program, the full-time Senior Privacy Analyst will conduct privacy impact assessments, manage privacy incident investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to evaluate the handling of personally identifiable data
- Investigate and document privacy incidents, tracking trends and responding to privacy inquiries
- Collaborate with teams to integrate privacy requirements into projects and assist in developing privacy policies and programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare privacy compliance
- Knowledge of federal, state, and international laws affecting protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII)
