Senior Privacy Analyst

Job Summary

Leading privacy compliance activities for federal agencies, the full-time Senior Privacy Analyst will provide guidance, develop compliance documentation, and recommend process improvements while working remotely or in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and review of Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTAs), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), System of Records Notices (SORNs), and Information Sharing Agreements (ISAs)
• Conduct privacy compliance reviews and serve as the primary liaison between program offices and agency privacy officials
• Analyze business processes, recommend operational improvements, and mentor junior analysts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-8 years of experience supporting federal privacy programs
• Experience applying the Privacy Act, E-Government Act, and FISMA
• Experience leading the development of PTAs, PIAs, SORNs, and related privacy documentation
• U.S. Citizenship
