Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial and Privacy Lawyer to join its commercial legal function and support global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global commercial legal function, aligning legal strategy with business objectives
• Oversee negotiation and execution of complex enterprise agreements and resolve escalations
• Provide strategic counsel on AI, data usage rights, and privacy governance while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Law Degree required
• 10+ years of legal experience, with at least 8 years focused on commercial contracting and privacy in tech or AI-driven companies
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and EU commercial and privacy law, as well as AI laws
• Extensive experience negotiating enterprise SaaS and AI-related contracts
• Ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment
