Senior Privacy Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing cross-functional privacy program, the full-time Senior Privacy Compliance Manager will manage relationships with internal stakeholders, develop privacy and data protection programs, and identify privacy risks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and goals
• Develop and mature privacy and data protection programs, including data subject requests and privacy impact assessments
• Identify privacy risks and implement practical mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in Privacy, Data Protection, Information Security, Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management
• IAPP CIPP Certification, such as CIPP/E
• Solid understanding of global data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA
• Experience with developing and implementing privacy processes and policies
