Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Privacy Counsel - Go-to-Market (GTM) and Trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert privacy counsel to GTM and Trust teams throughout the customer lifecycle
• Engage directly with customers to address specific privacy needs and expectations
• Advise on the impact of emerging global privacy laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of privacy (or related) experience
• Qualified to practice law in the local jurisdiction
• Deep understanding of privacy laws and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA)
• CIPP certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/M, CIPP/US) are highly valued but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
