Senior Privacy Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Privacy Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop privacy frameworks for the business and promote a culture of privacy
• Provide guidance on privacy matters to all teams across the organization
• Investigate potential data breaches and manage privacy policy with the Information Security team

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) law degree from an accredited U.S. Law School and member of a US state bar in good standing
• 8-10 years' experience in data privacy, health law, compliance, or regulatory in the healthcare industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state privacy and data protection regulations
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about making mental healthcare more accessible
