Senior Privacy Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of privacy professionals, the fully remote Senior Privacy Manager will oversee complex privacy consulting engagements, mentor team members, and drive client privacy initiatives while fostering a collaborative and values-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex privacy consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality experiences for clients and team members
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities
• Guide client privacy initiatives across various regulatory frameworks, including GDPR and HIPAA

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, or compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of global privacy regulations such as GDPR, CPRA, and HIPAA
• Hands-on experience with privacy technology platforms, particularly OneTrust
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Legal, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• IAPP Certifications required (CIPP/US or CIPP/E); CIPM or CIPT a strong plus
