Senior Privacy Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance & Privacy Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, own, and scale the global privacy program ensuring compliance with regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, etc.)
• Define and implement governance frameworks for obligations as both a Data Controller and Data Processor
• Conduct risk evaluations and serve as the privacy lead for incident response and audits

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, or compliance with knowledge of global frameworks
• Proven track record in conducting PIAs/DPIAs and navigating privacy obligations
• Experience assessing privacy risks related to AI and data-driven systems
• Active privacy certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPP/E, CIPP/US) are preferred
• Familiarity with IT security concepts and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus
