Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to private foundation clients, the full-time Senior Private Client Advisor will manage client relationships, assist with administrative tasks, and enhance client experiences in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and maintain proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist in the development and execution of online grant application processes and customize tools for client use
- Gather financial information and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience required
- 7-10 years of experience in relationship and administrative support within a private foundation, financial services firm, or family office
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve client issues efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, with a capacity to learn new technology
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of integrity
