Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to private foundation clients, the full-time Senior Private Client Advisor will manage client relationships, assist with administrative tasks, and enhance client experiences in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries and maintain proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist in the development and execution of online grant application processes and customize tools for client use
  • Gather financial information and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience required
  • 7-10 years of experience in relationship and administrative support within a private foundation, financial services firm, or family office
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, with a capacity to learn new technology
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of integrity
