Job Summary
As the lead advisor within a dedicated client practice team, the full-time remote Senior Private Wealth Advisor will manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering personalized wealth management, investment strategy, and comprehensive financial planning to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advisor for high-net-worth clients, managing relationships and delivering proactive consultations on financial planning and investment strategies
- Retain and grow assets under management through effective relationship management and clear communication, while guiding clients through Empower's investment strategies
- Provide practice leadership by coaching and developing colleagues to enhance team performance and improve the client experience
Required qualifications
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management or private wealth advising high-net-worth clients
- Advanced knowledge of wealth management strategies, including retirement planning and tax-efficient investing
- Proven ability to manage multiple client needs and analyze investment portfolios effectively
