Senior Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Process Analyst - Go-To-Market Business Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze go-to-market workflows to identify inefficiencies and design optimized processes
• Lead discovery sessions and create detailed process maps to document current and future-state solutions
• Partner with various teams to ensure process designs align with Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Process Improvement in SaaS or high-growth environments
• Experience with process mapping, analysis, and design methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Proficiency with enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
