Senior Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Process Analyst (Operations / Validation / Governance).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of validation workflows across assigned queues
• Apply defined criteria, SOPs, and decision frameworks to evaluate submissions
• Monitor workflow performance, SLAs, backlog, and recurring issue trends

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, process execution, workflow management, or service delivery
• Strong experience working in case-based, ticketing, or workflow-driven environments
• Experience applying SOPs, policies, and decision logic to complex or ambiguous cases
• Hands-on experience with escalation handling and issue resolution
• Ability to work independently in a structured, high-accountability environment
