Job Summary

Focusing on improving business processes within CVS Finance, the full-time Senior Process Analyst will streamline and enable processes to drive measurable outcomes while engaging with internal finance partners in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Document and analyze complex business processes, mapping current-state flows to future-state solutions
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement reengineering strategies to enhance business outcomes
• Create data visualizations and insights to support financial and operational decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with project scoping, planning, and execution in a matrix business environment
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, including MS Suite products, Tableau, and SQL
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Experience in process mapping and identifying optimization opportunities
