Senior Process Analyst

Job Summary

Driving adoption and business value for GEN AI initiatives, the remote contract Senior Process Analyst will execute OCM plans, influence stakeholders, and ensure effective communication and training for successful AI solution implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and refine OCM plans for GEN AI initiatives
• Drive stakeholder readiness, adoption, and behavior change
• Develop and deliver clear, consistent communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math) with a minimum of four years of relevant work experience
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience in technical infrastructure, IT Process design/process improvement, or IT project management positions
