Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Process Architecture focused on Sales Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process design and optimization for the sales lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for new processes and technology implementations
• Implement change management initiatives and facilitate workshops to drive process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading cross-functional process redesign and improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Continuous Improvement Certification, preferably Lean Six Sigma or Lean Practitioner
• Strong expertise in Sales Lifecycle business processes and analytical skills
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
