Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Lead to Quote Process Architecture (Sales Reports & Customer Data).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of scalable business processes aligned with strategic goals
• Develop and execute testing strategies for new processes and technology implementations
• Establish and report on key performance indicators to evaluate process health and business impact

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in process redesign and improvement in complex environments
• Expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with sales-centric applications
• Strong analytical skills with experience in digital transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops and influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; certifications in Continuous Improvement and Salesforce preferred
