Senior Process Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Process Architecture - Opportunity Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of Opportunity Management business processes to align with organizational goals
• Develop and execute testing strategies for new processes and technology implementations
• Implement change management initiatives and facilitate workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading process redesign and improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Continuous Improvement Certification - Lean Six Sigma or Lean Practitioner preferred
• Strong expertise in Opportunity Management business processes and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously and influence cross-functional teams
