Senior Process Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Process Architecture - Quote Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of the Quote lifecycle to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for new processes and technology implementations
• Implement effective change management strategies and facilitate workshops for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading cross-functional process redesign and improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Continuous Improvement Certification - Lean Six Sigma or Lean Practitioner preferred
• Strong expertise in Quote Lifecycle business processes and analytical skills
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
