A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Process Architecture - Deal Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and optimization of Deal Solutions, aligning with customer needs and organizational goals
Develop and execute testing strategies for new processes and technology implementations
Implement change management initiatives and facilitate workshops to improve processes

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in process redesign and improvement initiatives
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Continuous Improvement Certification - Lean Six Sigma or Lean Practitioner preferred
Strong expertise in Deal Solutioning and Contracts Lifecycle business processes
Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
