Senior Process Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Architect Senior Manager - Service Delivery Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of service delivery processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
• Develop and execute testing strategies for new service delivery processes and technology implementations
• Implement change management strategies and facilitate workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment on service delivery improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in process redesign and improvement initiatives in service delivery or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant discipline
• Continuous Improvement Certification, preferably Lean Six Sigma or Lean Practitioner
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional workshops
• Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to service delivery
