Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Process Architect to design AI-augmented business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead current and future state process design for priority business functions in collaboration with business owners
• Design AI-augmented workflows that define the roles of AI and humans in the process
• Provide structured process and metric inputs into business cases and partner with change management efforts

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in business process architecture, process design, operational excellence, or transformation consulting
• Experience in leading cross-functional process redesign from current state to implementation
• Proven ability to co-create process maps and future state flows with business partners
• Deep expertise in process modeling and analysis methodologies
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and analytics concepts
