Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience in business process, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience in end-to-end process development and design
• Ability to drive successful outcomes within established timelines
• Experience in property and casualty commercial lines or business owners
• Strong consultation and influencing skills
