Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Process Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to explore new insurance products, models, and markets
• Design and maintain competitor agency information to provide marketplace intelligence
• Handle new projects and make recommendations based on analysis and data-driven insights

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in process design/redesign or technical role
• Ability to define problems, evaluate data analysis, and draw valid conclusions and recommendations
• Design and maintenance of documentation repositories
• Excellent communication, consulting, and collaboration skills
