Senior Process Design Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant Process Design to enhance operational performance and the end-to-end claims customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business and technology partners
• Analyze information and design efficient target states for processes and systems
• Lead implementation of solutions and manage organizational change through stabilization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, mathematics, finance, engineering, or a relevant discipline
• Industry-recognized process improvement certification or equivalent work experience
• Project management or business analysis certification
• 3-5 years of relevant business experience in analysis, process improvement, or management consulting
• Prior P&C and Fortune 500 company experience preferred
