Senior Process Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Development Process Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run design of experiments (DOE) studies to improve yield and efficiency
• Coach and mentor technicians, trainers, and operators
• Manage projects related to new production equipment and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in the medical device industry
• Experience in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
• Innovative and resourceful, able to work with minimal direction
• Proficient with MS Office applications
