Senior Process Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Process Engineer to drive the design and evolution of critical processes across the Enterprise line of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and redesign operational processes to improve scalability and efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive process redesign efforts
• Analyze operational performance to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in process engineering, operations, or business transformation within a SaaS or technology environment
• Proven experience in designing and implementing cross-functional process improvements
• Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and operational analysis
• Experience with enterprise operational systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified (or equivalent)
