Senior Process Engineer
Job Summary
Driving the development and deployment of IVD reagent supply and manufacturing processes, the full-time Senior Process Engineer will design experiments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement manufacturing processes in an FDA-regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop reagent processes and collaborate on IVD and RUO product development
- Write documentation for IVD and RUO products and processes
- Implement and continuously improve reagent product manufacturing processes
Required qualifications
- BS in molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, engineering, or a related discipline with 6+ years of experience; MS with 5+ years; or PhD with 4+ years
- Experience in biomolecule diagnostics is ideal
- Demonstrated technical expertise in process and product development in a regulated environment
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience supporting continuous improvement and process implementation activities
