Job Summary

Leading wastewater engineering initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Supervising Process Engineer will provide strategic technical leadership, oversee project delivery, and engage with clients to enhance wastewater treatment solutions and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market and engineering strategy for complex wastewater treatment and reuse projects
• Oversee all project phases, ensuring compliance with regulations and successful delivery
• Develop client relationships and support business development efforts to grow the wastewater engineering practice

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering with a focus on leading projects
• Deep technical knowledge of wastewater treatment systems and processes
• Proven track record as a senior technical leader or subject matter expert
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry standards
