Job Summary

Seeking a strategic thinker, the full-time Senior Process Excellence Consultant will work remotely to design target operating models for P&C functions, bridge technology and business needs, and drive transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and value delivery in the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the design of target operating models for P&C functions, translating strategic ambitions into a fundable transformation roadmap
  • Bridge the gap between technology and business by translating pain points into technology requirements and prioritizing investments based on ROI criteria
  • Lead diagnostic engagements to identify performance gaps and implement scalable solutions, ensuring alignment between technology and business stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years in consulting, transformation, or performance excellence roles, with at least 5 years in P&C insurance
  • Demonstrable expertise in Claims Operations, Commercial Underwriting, Policy Servicing, or Distribution
  • Proven track record of designing target operating models and leading transformation programs to measurable outcomes
  • Experience in technology prioritization and ROI decision-making processes
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for performance dashboarding
