Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Process Excellence Consultant will lead the design of target operating models for P&C insurance functions, bridge technology and business needs, and drive process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strategic impact.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design of target operating models for underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and distribution
- Translate business pain points into technology requirements and prioritize technology investments based on ROI criteria
- Lead diagnostic engagements to identify performance gaps and implement scalable solutions for enterprise-wide adoption
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in consulting, transformation, or performance excellence roles
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in P&C Insurance within a carrier or specialist consultancy
- Demonstrable expertise in at least two areas: Claims Operations, Commercial Underwriting, Policy Servicing, or Distribution
- Proven track record of designing target operating models and leading transformation programs
- Experience influencing C-suite and Board-level stakeholders in decision-making processes
