Senior Process Excellence Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Process Excellence Consultant will drive transformation initiatives in P&C insurance by designing target operating models, bridging technology and business needs, and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency and value delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design of target operating models for P&C functions and translate strategic ambitions into a fundable transformation roadmap
• Bridge the gap between technology teams and business stakeholders by translating business pain points into technology requirements and evaluating the technology portfolio against ROI criteria
• Lead detailed diagnostic engagements to identify performance gaps and implement scalable solutions that ensure enterprise-wide adoption

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, transformation, or performance excellence roles
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in P&C Insurance within a carrier, Lloyd's/London Market, or a specialist insurance consultancy
• Proven track record of designing target operating models and leading transformation programs to measurable outcomes
• Experience in technology prioritization and ROI decision-making processes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for performance dashboarding
