Senior Process Excellence Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Process Excellence Engineer to optimize the end-to-end commercial customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex process discovery and redesign initiatives across the customer journey
• Conduct value stream mapping and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Design future-state architectures that enhance efficiency and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline
• 7-10 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent certification and experience)
• Strong analytical and visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Minitab, Excel)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar commercial systems is preferred
