Senior Process Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Process Implementation Consultant to join their Information Technology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of partner onboarding, ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions
• Guide organizations through system configuration, data conversion, and training to maximize product effectiveness
• Evaluate partner needs and recommend best-practice solutions while contributing to process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight or more years of relevant experience in software implementation or project management
• Advanced experience leading complex software implementation projects, preferably in SaaS or CRM
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and change management principles
• 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies required, with an opportunity to complete upon hire
• Fluency in English is required
