Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Process Improvement Analyst will focus on process mapping using the Signavio BPM suite, driving process standards adoption, and collaborating with stakeholders across business functions.

Required qualifications

• Proven ability to drive process standards and governance
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• A university degree or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a related role
