Senior Process Improvement Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on optimizing operational processes, the full-time Senior Process Improvement Engineer will utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity in a remote setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Utilize data-driven methodologies to streamline workflows and reduce waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB) certification highly preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement or healthcare management required
• Health plan experience highly preferred
