Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Improvement Manager to lead enterprise-wide process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and execute process improvement opportunities using LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Prioritize and lead process improvement activities across the enterprise to support various departments
  • Monitor projects and facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or MHA preferred
  • 6+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or related process improvement experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Knowledge of process mapping, statistical applications, and project management software
  • Experience supporting Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP), Medicaid, ACA Marketplace, and operational processes is highly preferred
  • LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
