Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Process Improvement Manager will utilize LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance business infrastructure and performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and execute process improvement opportunities across the organization
  • Prioritize and lead cross-functional process improvement projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
  • Consult with senior leadership on performance and process-related topics, providing training and guidance to project teams
Required qualifications
  • Experience in workflow redesign, process improvement, or operating model transformation in healthcare or business environments
  • Ability to assess current-state operations and develop practical future-state solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in standardizing and scaling process improvements into measurable operating models
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder partnership skills in matrixed environments
  • Background in Utilization Management or Case Management is highly preferred
