Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Process Improvement Manager will utilize LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance business infrastructure and performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and execute process improvement opportunities across the organization
- Prioritize and lead cross-functional process improvement projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
- Consult with senior leadership on performance and process-related topics, providing training and guidance to project teams
Required qualifications
- Experience in workflow redesign, process improvement, or operating model transformation in healthcare or business environments
- Ability to assess current-state operations and develop practical future-state solutions
- Demonstrated experience in standardizing and scaling process improvements into measurable operating models
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder partnership skills in matrixed environments
- Background in Utilization Management or Case Management is highly preferred
