Senior Process Improvement Manager
Job Summary
Transforming Finance operations, the full-time Senior Process Improvement Manager will lead enterprise-level process transformation, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and service delivery in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process redesign and implement intelligent automation across Finance and shared services functions
- Facilitate improvement workshops and promote a continuous improvement culture through Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies
- Manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business value and effective execution
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in process improvement, Finance transformation, or operational excellence
- Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives and manage high-impact projects from strategy through execution
- Experience with AI, RPA, or workflow automation technologies to enhance business processes
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification preferred
