Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Process Improvement Specialist to support the Defense Health Agency in analyzing and improving data governance and performance management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business process improvement and reengineering efforts to optimize workflows across various functions
  • Conduct maturity assessments and identify process bottlenecks for redesign or automation
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and develop improvement roadmaps
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in process improvement or business transformation in healthcare or federal environments
  • Formal training or certification in process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt)
  • Experience with process improvement in large-scale data and analytics environments
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
