Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Process Improvement Specialist to support the Defense Health Agency in analyzing and improving data governance and performance management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business process improvement and reengineering efforts to optimize workflows across various functions
- Conduct maturity assessments and identify process bottlenecks for redesign or automation
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and develop improvement roadmaps
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in process improvement or business transformation in healthcare or federal environments
- Formal training or certification in process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt)
- Experience with process improvement in large-scale data and analytics environments
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
