Job Summary

Supporting compliance and performance initiatives, the remote Senior Process Improvement Specialist will review business processes, develop compliance documentation, and conduct audits to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and analyze complex business processes to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation and support the implementation of division policies and procedures
  • Conduct audits and assessments, providing regular reports to senior management on compliance status and corrective actions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or a healthcare-related field
  • Five years of experience in quality management/improvement, internal auditing, or business process engineering
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional four years of relevant work experience is required
  • Experience in program evaluation or healthcare accreditation
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices
